Construction Services

CORCAN Construction can do it all – from the construction of homes and buildings, modular construction, Tiny Homes as well as providing general construction services, CORCAN has the experience and expertise to deliver on nearly any requirement. We take pride in the quality, pricing, and delivery of our construction services which meet or exceed Provincial and National building codes. CORCAN is able to supply all levels of government as well as the private sector.

CORCAN not only delivers leading construction services but, through our robust programs and partnerships, we also provide offenders with industry-recognized training and certifications for the construction skills they learn from CORCAN’s tradespeople. This improves offender employment prospects once they return to the community and helps build a stronger, safer Canada. Our construction services are divided into the following categories:

Indigenous initiatives

CORCAN strives to work collaboratively with our Indigenous partner organizations, and First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities. We aim to provide quality, affordable housing and other construction-related services both on and off-reserve. We work closely with each and every partnership to ensure we are working towards the same goal, which is to ensure the community and CORCAN realize mutual satisfaction through the projects we work on and the services we provide. It is our goal that this positive experience creates lasting and visible improvements in the quality of life for those communities with whom we partner.

Partnerships

CORCAN would not be able to achieve its public safety mandate without the strong involvement of public, not-for-profit, and private sector partnerships. Given the diverse nature of CORCAN’s work, there are numerous ways that businesses can partner with us. CORCAN Construction Services has collaborated with partners in order to deliver on a diverse set of projects as well as create more job-skills development opportunities for the offenders involved in the program.
